About Us

The Different Sectors or Success:

Projects can be done standalone but benefit the most from more projects being completed.

The vision for Successville was born from listening to the frustrations of younger generations who feel they lack the opportunities that older generations once had. Rising costs in every aspect of life—housing, education, healthcare—have created an uneven playing field, making it harder for people to get ahead. There needs to be a change—a chance for people to pursue a better future, much like how new cities once offered hope and opportunity in the past.

Successville aims to provide more than just a place to live. It’s about giving people a purpose and the opportunity to thrive, not just survive. People want to do more than work to make ends meet; they want to innovate, create, and grow. In a country with vast, uninhabited land, modern technologies allow us to transform these spaces into thriving, sustainable communities. Successville is that opportunity—a contemporary oasis for those who want to build, dream, and shape a brighter future.

City Center

The City Center will be the heartbeat of Successville—a core development that will lay the foundation for the first buildings and essential infrastructure. This area will feature essential services like city water facilities, spaces to host job fairs and large community events, and a hostel or affordable lodging options for young people moving to Successville. It will also include vital business spaces for new entrepreneurs, giving them a chance to set up and grow their ventures in a thriving, supportive community.

Aquaponics and Integrated Farming

The aquaponics and integrated farming systems will support Successville’s sustainability goals by combining aquaponics, hydroponics, and aeroponics to grow fresh produce and fish while conserving water. The aquaponics facility will raise tilapia, whose nutrient-rich waste will fertilize crops like lettuce, kale, and tomatoes in hydroponic systems. Aeroponic towers will grow strawberries and microgreens with minimal water use. This approach recycles over 90% of water, ensuring fresh food for residents and job opportunities in sustainable agriculture.

Cannabis Grow Operations

The cannabis grow operation will be a key driver for Successville’s growth, generating vital cash flow and creating numerous job opportunities for residents. Through our partnership with the largest distributors in California—a leading cannabis wholesaler who supplies nearly 70% of California’s dispensaries—we are uniquely positioned to meet market needs and address significant gaps in supply. This entire operation will be powered by solar energy, ensuring that we keep our environmental impact low while providing enough power to support some of the first residential homes in Successville. Future Ideas and Projects

Hemp Paper Mill

As part of our vision for sustainability, we aim to explore the possibility of developing a low-emission hemp paper mill in the future. This concept involves repurposing byproducts from our cannabis farm to create valuable resources, reducing waste, and fostering economic growth. If implemented, the project could generate jobs and provide an additional income stream for Successville while supporting our commitment to a greener community.

Trash and Recycling plant

We are considering the development of an innovative trash and recycling facility to reduce landfill dependency and improve waste management. This future project has the potential to create local jobs and provide raw materials that can be reused or sold within the community. By fostering a circular economy, this initiative could align with our sustainability goals and contribute to the financial growth of Successville.

Completely Green Powered City

Our long-term vision includes equipping every home in Successville with solar panels to empower residents with energy independence. This future initiative would focus on generating clean, renewable energy, enabling homeowners to sell surplus power back to tech companies or the grid. While not yet realized, this plan reflects our ambition to position Successville as a model for green living and economic empowerment.
